Ill. school district to build new STEM school

Indian Prairie District 204 in Illinois plans to build a new school on the campus of Aurora University that will focus on science, technology, engineering and math. "Our curriculum was based on STEM principles and our units are built within a real-world context. That way, our students are problem solving real world issues," said Allison Sherman, director of curriculum for District 204.
