Minn. 4-year-old wins second term as town mayor

Four-year-old Bobby Tufts has been re-elected as the mayor of Dorset, Minn. The tiny tourist town elected the boy -- who isn't yet at preschool -- as part of a fundraising drive in which voters were charged a dollar apiece to cast their ballots. "He's having a long day, but he's done really well," Tufts' mother said.
