SAP explains "holistic" CEM plan behind Hybris purchase

SAP plans to develop a "holistic experience" for customer sales and will leverage its newly purchased Hybris platform to create a complete customer experience management software package, SAP Chief Marketing Officer Jonathan Becher said. Hybris offers commerce software that also manages call centers and on-site systems, so integrating these with SAP's services will create an "omni-commerce" offering SAP will push in the current replacement cycle, Becher said.
