Small businesses have options under new health care law

The Affordable Care Act doesn't require the smallest businesses to provide health care coverage for their employees, says Frank Knapp Jr., president of the South Carolina Small Business Chamber of Commerce. However, they can choose to take action such as by purchasing coverage on the health care exchanges or by hiring insurance agents to offer guidance to employees.
