Anti-gay measures incentive to move to nation's capital

Two years after Virginia passed a law prohibiting civil unions -- and with a marriage amendment on the November ballot -- many gays and lesbians are moving out of the state to Washington, D.C., which prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation. "Virginia is becoming not gay-friendly," said Jeff Lockard, a D.C.-based real estate agent.
