Nagin: Technology is key to New Orleans' education revival

In an interview, New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin tells eSchool News that technology will be a critical factor in creating the high-quality schools needed to draw former residents back to the city. A consortium of nearly 35 high-tech vendors, nonprofits, government officials and others is helping hurricane-battered Gulf states rebuild school infrastructure and supporting others with displaced students.
