Price-fixing charges filed against British Airways execs

A British antitrust agency charged four current and former executives of British Airways in a case alleging they fixed prices on fuel surcharges with rival Virgin Atlantic. The charge carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison under the Enterprise Act. Virgin escaped prosecution by blowing the whistle in the case.
