Survey: Many women say they're still paid less than men

Women workers report fewer opportunities for training and advancement, lower standards of pay and a general management preference for male workers, according to a survey by CareerBuilder. The survey found that women working in the education, health care and hospitality industries were less likely to report wage discrimination than female workers in other categories.
