Women careful about telling others of breast cancer diagnosis

New research shows women diagnosed with breast cancer carefully consider who to tell and when to tell others about their diagnosis, trying to be mindful about others' feelings, reactions and stress levels. The study also showed some women find it easier to tell friends than family members.
