Investors continue to shun Greek bonds

Investors have not reacted to recent praise from the International Monetary Fund by diving into Greek bonds, as technical factors, illiquidity and other issues continue to stifle the market. For many investors, Greek bonds remain off-limits because they were dropped from key European bond indices because of rating downgrades. Also, the bonds do not qualify for inclusion in indices of emerging-market bonds.
