Study: Foot ulcers in depressed diabetic patients heal more slowly

Researchers measured the foot ulcers of diabetic patients over 24 weeks and found that the ulcers took longer to heal in those who took a "confrontational" approach to coping with their condition, as well as those who suffered from depression.
