Signs point to an imminent increase in the number -- and success -- of women entrepreneurs, experts say. Attitudes about women in business are slowly changing and the only thing standing in their way is their own fears, said one female CEO. "The challenge of being a woman CEO is, one, you've got to get in the game. So, you have to be willing to try," said Carol Realini, CEO of Obopay. "And it's intimidating, especially if you've never done it before." A recent white paper also indicated that women are increasingly starting companies and earning better returns on investments.
