Report: Apple's Replay service hinges on studio deals

Apple's ability to offer a cloud-based movie streaming service, reportedly called Replay, depends on licensing agreements with the top six Hollywood studios, according to industry reports. A significant obstacle is HBO, Time Warner's pay-cable arm, which holds exclusive electronic distribution rights with 20th Century Fox, Universal and Warner Bros.
