Southwest's Kelly discusses AirTran, growth

Southwest Airlines CEO Gary Kelly has had a busy year, which included taking over AirTran, signing deals for Boeing 737-800 jets and partnering with Mexican carrier Volaris. However, the changes have not altered Southwest's business strategy. "You need to be on time, you need to do a good job of handling the bags, and you need to be friendly," Kelly said.
