Survey of business travelers names Japan best for service

When it comes to restaurant or hotel service while on a business trip to a foreign country, you can't beat Japan, where workers seem to thrive in a tip-free society. Four hundred experienced international travelers gave Japan a 4.4 out of 5.0 score, while the tip-centric U.S. mustered a mere 3.6 to finish seventh.
