Officials from Utah's two Job Corps centers, which offer free career training, are recruiting students -- especially female students -- ages 16 to 24 for more than 200 open spots. Participating students live in campus housing and receive training in fields such as health care, computer technology, automotive, plumbing and welding. "This is a program for kids who didn't finish high school or maybe they did finish and find themselves in a spot wondering, 'What I am going to do?'" said Issa Arnita, director of corporate communications for Centerville-based Management & Training Corp.
