Study: T-Mobile's image gets a boost after Verizon's NSA woes

T-Mobile's brand perception has risen above typical leader Verizon Wireless twice in recent months, according to YouGov's BrandIndex Buzz scores. The first win came during T-Mobile's rebranding as the "un-carrier" with a suite of sassy ads; the second time Verizon dipped because of news that it provided customer data to the National Security Agency. Separately, T-Mobile reported adding 685,000 contract customers in its most recent quarter.
