VA grants benefits to veteran exposed to Agent Orange after Vietnam

The Department of Veterans Affairs has for the first time awarded disability benefits to a veteran exposed to Agent Orange while flying C-123 aircraft after the Vietnam War, advocates say. The decision could lead to other veterans receiving compensation for health problems related to Agent Orange.
