Voucher Battle Moves To The States

Although the Supreme Court has ruled that vouchers do not violate the Constitution, the debate is moving to the states, many of which have stipulations on the separation of church and state that exceed the federal government's, a report says. A Florida judge struck down the state's proposed school choice program earlier this week.
