As Milwaukee rebuilds interchange, workers asked to telecommute

Milwaukee is preparing to undertake the four-year $810 million reconstruction of a downtown interchange, and in an effort to stave off increased traffic delays, officials are asking companies to help workers telecommute. "We know it's going to be a huge project, and we're trying to let our people know about alternative routes and other means of transportation," said a spokeswoman for one downtown Milwaukee firm.
