More e-merchants return to "sticky" content

"Stickiness" is making a comeback on the Internet merchant scene, that is, the commercial tool of getting online customers to stick around at sites longer through customer reviews and other means. This approach was widely praised in the 1990s but then scorned after many dot-coms went bust.
