Bush may weigh corporate tax cut

President George W. Bush said Wednesday that he would consider a new plan to cut corporate tax rates to make U.S. companies more competitive. Bush is considering a plan that would eliminate narrow tax breaks to pay for a broader, across-the-board cut. Bush said he was "inclined" to send the proposal to Congress and renewed his vow to veto spending bills that exceed his targets.
