Pennsylvania bill could aid casino's plan to relocate

Legislation proposed in Pennsylvania adds new steps to the process of transferring a casino license from one location to another. Supporters of the bill say it gives residents more say in the relocation process. However, observers also say the changes could actually make it easier for Foxwoods Casino to relocate later this year because proposed changes make the law more difficult to challenge in court. In fact, Trump Entertainment Resorts, which will oppose Foxwoods' relocation, says the new law is aimed at blocking its challenge.
