Publicis hooks Razorfish in $530M deal

Razorfish, the digital agency owned by Microsoft, is being sold to Publicis Groupe in a deal valued at $530 million in cash and stock. The deal, likely to close in the final quarter of this year, is "another step forward in realizing our strategic vision of building a world leader in digital communications, a critically important space for our clients," said Publicis' Maurice Levy.
