Bird strike grounds 737 in Alaska

An Alaska Airlines 737 stopped halfway down the runway on Sunday after sucking an eagle into one engine during takeoff. No injuries were reported in the incident, but 134 passengers and five crew were stranded in Sitka, Alaska, until a replacement engine could be located.
