New York AG looks into health care credit card programs

New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo said he has subpoenaed health care providers, General Electric's GE Money unit and, most recently, units of Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase as part of an investigation involving health care credit cards. "Our ongoing investigation has uncovered conflicts of interest and predatory practices in the health care industry that are hurting New Yorkers and patients across the country," Mr. Cuomo said.
