Unemployed are not seeking available jobs, employers say

Some employers say they are struggling to find workers even though the jobless rate has climbed to 9.5% and about 15 million people are unemployed nationwide. Unemployed workers have fewer incentives to find jobs because unemployment benefits were extended to 99 weeks' worth, and the collapse of the real estate market has made it difficult for people to move to areas with job openings, economists and employers say.
