Foundation gives out $1.5M for research on brain disorders

The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation in New York has allotted $1.5 million in grant funding for 15 researchers who are involved in research in the field. One of the researchers, Dr. Christos Pantelis from the University of Melbourne, will use PET and other brain imaging methods to study active gray matter in the brains of young people considered to be at high risk of developing psychosis.
