N.J. lawmakers urge legalization of sports betting

Reps. Frank LoBiondo, R-N.J., and Frank Pallone, D-N.J., have each proposed a bill in Congress that would allow sports betting in New Jersey on the federal level. LoBiondo's legislation would give any state the right to allow sports betting, while Pallone's is specific to New Jersey. "While sports betting itself won't be that final golden situation that solves everything, we think it will be a great opportunity and a great tool for us," LoBiondo said.
