Sebelius and Perry spar over ACA in Texas

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Thursday while visiting Austin that the federal government is open to creating a "uniquely Texan" approach to implementing the Affordable Care Act, but that no talks with state officials were underway. Texas Gov. Rick Perry said Sebelius' visit to promote the law wasn't needed because "it's not that Americans don't understand Obamacare, it's that we understand it all too well."
