TGI Fridays penalized for violating FMLA

The U.S. Labor Department recently imposed a penalty on TGI Fridays after it discovered a violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act in the restaurant chain's employee handbook, Dan Cook writes. TGI Fridays is the third company to be penalized because of FMLA violations, the DOL says.
