AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile US and Verizon Wireless have partnered with movie director Werner Herzog to create a 30-minute documentary on the dangers of texting while driving. The video, which highlights families living with the consequences of distracted driving, is a continuation of the wireless carriers' "Texting & Driving ... It Can Wait" ad campaign that started in May. "When you get a message while driving, it's hard not to pick up your phone. With this film, we want to help make people more aware of the potential consequences of that action," Herzog said.
