Extracurriculars disappearing from urban schools

After-school activities, which some educators think may help keep children from dropping out, have nearly faded from urban Milwaukee schools. While an exact reason for the gap between extracurricular offerings in suburban schools and city schools has not been pinpointed, some point to tight budgets or NCLB.
