FASB to propose rule to require "sensitivity" disclosure

Companies would be required to disclose more information about their most questionable valuations under a proposal approved last week by the Financial Accounting Standards Board. The board's vote overruled a staff recommendation as FASB considers changes to its already controversial standard on fair-value measurements.
