Low calcium intake among vegans worries experts

Some experts are concerned that many vegans are not getting enough calcium in their diets to prevent bone loss, especially in teens. Dairy products, which are part of some vegetarian diets, as well as other foods and supplements are a good source of calcium for vegans and omnivores alike, one expert said.
