What Chrysler got right

Chrysler emerged from bankruptcy protection in only 42 days because of artful use of a provision known as the "Section 363 sale," which makes it easier to unload troubled assets while under Chapter 11 protection. With 363 sales catching on, fewer companies will need to endure lengthy bankruptcy proceedings, making it easier for them to recover afterward.
