Study shows some ambiguity in credit card applications

New regulations require credit card issuers to provide clearer disclosures to consumers, but a study found that some card applications could better disclose terms. Most of the card applications were clear about interest rates and annual fees, but ambiguity remains about fees on balance transfers. Bank of America and Capital One were rated by the study as the best in terms of application clarity.
