App makers can tap feature-phone users

Despite the rapid adoption of smartphones, feature phones dominate the market worldwide. There's an opportunity for marketers of feature-phone apps, says Nick Dillon of independent telecoms analyst Ovum. Dillon notes that there is vast potential for brands in marketing via feature phones as competition is sparse in a huge market.
