Man's attorney says fireworks were welding materials

Gabriel Copley was charged with possession of a destructive device after attempting to pass through a security line in Omaha, Neb., with a homemade firework in his bags. Copley's attorney, however, said the man simply forgot that he had left welding materials in his luggage. The airport was evacuated when screeners detected the item.
