Summer camp prepares gluten-free menu for students

In California, a group of students recently participated in a weeklong camp that included arts and crafts, archery and more. It also had an important twist for students with celiac disease -- the food served at the camp, organized by the Celiac Disease Foundation, was prepared without gluten.
