DOT inspector general questions FAA's stimulus spending

The Transportation Department's inspector general, Calvin Scovel, has raised concerns over the FAA's handling of federal stimulus money. The critique comes after reports that small towns in Alaska will receive $28 million for airport spending, significantly more than what big cities will get -- in part because the small-town projects were shovel-ready.
