Rural broadband lets entrepreneurs flee the city

For any entrepreneur who has ever dreamed of a little house on the prairie, the stimulus act may have just the thing to lure you and your business out of the city. Two federal agencies have earmarked $7.2 billion to bring more high-speed Internet service to rural areas, an initiative that could allow more online businesses to cut the last cord tying them to an urban location.
