1,600 chefs sign up for U.S. schools' nutrition program

Some 1,600 U.S. chefs have signed up so far to participate in the government's Chefs Move to Schools initiative, which encourages culinary experts to help schools create more nutritious meals for children. Experts say 31 million children eat school lunches each day, and overall, they consume from 30% to 50% of their calories in school.
