Cisco views SMB managed services as a viable partner focus

Cisco Systems is talking up managed services for partners in the small to medium-sized channel and says resellers must take a "coach and quarterback" approach to helping customers navigate business and technology challenges. The network gear player, participating in CompTIA's Breakaway event, says one SMB market with promise is managed services providing security, communication and connectivity.
