July revenue dropped for Atlantic City casinos

Revenue for the 11 casinos in Atlantic City, N.J., dropped 5% in July to $363.9 million, according to the New Jersey Casino Control Commission. Pennsylvania introduced table games in July, and an air-conditioning problem shut down Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino for two days. Revenue from table games declined 4.5% on a year-over-year basis, while slots revenue decreased 5.2%.
