Pilot, 22, opens startup flight school

Pilot Corey Tomczak, 22, founded Western New York Flight Training in Lockport, N.Y. Tomczak became a certified flight instructor at age 19, and also served in the Civil Air Patrol. After getting laid off from a pilot position, Tomczak wrote a 30-page business plan and received funding from a bank to open his flight school.
