Program aims to boost connection between Latinos and the Internet

A new public-private partnership in Los Angeles is aimed at increasing Internet use among Hispanic students and other members of the Latino community. Club Digital offers printouts and online lessons in topics from how to conduct a Google search to how to complete school assignments online or submit online job applications. The program is being funded largely through federal grants and is supported by schools, libraries and other groups.
