Technology Day has school in session for teachers

More than 600 teachers and school administrators in Marion County, Fla., attended a one-day technology workshop this week designed to train them to use the latest digital tools in the classroom and for administrative purposes. The educators attended sessions on using iPads and Smart tables in lessons. They learned about new tools for accessing student records online, as well as the state's transition to digital assessments.
