The decision to share a visual tool she created with her colleagues was not an easy one, teacher Ariel Sacks writes in this blog post. However, Sacks writes, sharing her tool -- to help select texts for her students -- in a virtual setting, such as a blog and via e-mail, was an inspiring experience. She writes that the feedback she received ultimately helped her discover more ways to improve the tool.
