Study: Mobile now tops PCs for online shopping

PCs have lost their pre-eminence as a venue for digital shopping, with smartphones and tablets accounting for 51% of consumer time spent shopping online, according to a study by Millennial Media and comScore. The study further found that most mobile shoppers are in the 18-to-44 age bracket, while tablet shoppers tend to have a higher pay scale.
